HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to reach you from date of processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

For orders sourced on request, we provide you with a specific lead time (typically an additional 2-3 working days). Please note orders are shipped on weekdays only.

For many items we offer an express next working day delivery service, please contact us before purchasing if you require delivery by a particular date. 

Please allow 4-7 working days for International orders.

WHAT COMPANY WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

All orders within the UK are carried out by our delivery partner DPD. UK customers will receive email / text notification a day before delivery along with an allocated 1 hour delivery window on the day.

International orders are carried out by DHL.

ARE THERE ANY IMPORT FEES / TAXES FOR DELIVERIES?

If you're based in the UK. The final price you see at the checkout is the total price you will pay. There are no additional duties/taxes. 

If your order is shipped outside the UK you will incur import duties & taxes. These are subject to your local authorities and they will contact you to collect payment.
