Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to reach you from date of processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
For orders sourced on request, we provide you with a specific lead time (typically an additional 2-3 working days)
Please note orders are shipped on weekdays only.
For many items we offer an express next working day delivery service, please contact us before purchasing if you require delivery by a particular date.
We use DPD for all UK shipments.

Shipments outside the UK are subject to duties / taxes.
These charges are subject to your local authorities and not collected or charged by us. The courier will contact you to collect any duties & taxes when your order arrives in your country. Kindly refer to your local authorities for pricing.
We do not currently offer a collection service.

All items, regardless of source are rigorously vetted through a 3 stage process by our specialist team before being offered to our clients. Original receipts can be provided to accompany your purchase, when requested before placing an order, providing you with extra reassurance.

All items we offer are brand new and unworn. We do not offer pre-owned / used items.
Making a purchase is easy. You can browse our website and simply select the item you wish to purchase, click ‘add to cart'. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping bag on the top right of the screen; as you continue to shop or browse. When you’re ready to place your order, select proceed to checkout. Certain items will have a ‘contact to buy’ button, if you wish to purchase this item simply click the button and fill out the details on our Sourcery page, we’ll then respond with further purchase information. We accept payments via credit / debit card, PayPal, bank (wire) transfer and Apple Pay.
Please note that additional validation may be required. In order to pay by Bank Transfer, please contact us.
All transactions are secured. Super Opulent does not keep any credit card information.
We only take payment for an order once it has been has been processed. Once you place an order, the full amount is pre-authorised and will show on your bank statement as a pending transaction, at this point we do not receive your funds. We only receive your funds once we have processed your order for shipping at which point we capture and process your payment.
In the event of us not being able to fulfil your order we cancel the payment pre-authorisation and your bank cancels the transaction. The funds are typically released from pending within a few days. If the authorisation remains after a 7 day period, we advise contacting your bank.
Yes, all items comes with their full packaging as per provided by the store.
Pieces which are typically sold out or hard to find include a sourcing fee added to the retail price. Fees typically range depending on the rarity of the item, along with the time and resources required to source the item.
